Is there parking on site?
Yes we have plenty of parking on grass.
There is a disabled parking area at the top of the car park nearest the villa.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes dogs on leads are allowed in the car park and picnic areas only. They are not permitted inside the Villa or on the scheduled ancient monument.
*Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the site
Is there a cafe or gift shop?
We have a small gift shop selling villa souvenirs.
Our Tearoom offers hot and cold drinks, a selection of lovely cakes from Farmhouse Cookery at Bosham and ice creams supplied by Caroline's Dairy.
Our Tearoom is open to the public, so you can stop in if passing and just have a cup of tea and enjoy the view without paying admittance.
Are you open all year?
No. Unfortunately we are not on mains supply electricity and do not have sufficient heating and lighting to operate during the winter months.
